These terms and conditions apply to the use of our website and services. By using QR1, you agree to these terms. So please read them carefully before getting started.
1. Definitions

QR1: the trade name of the online platform where users can create, manage, and analyze QR codes.

User: any individual or legal entity using the QR1 website and/or services.

Services: all features offered by QR1, including creating QR codes, managing dashboards, and analyzing scan results.

Agreement: the agreement between QR1 and the user based on these terms and conditions.
2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every visit to our website and all use of our services. Any exceptions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
3. Use of the Service

You may only use QR1 for legal purposes.

It is not allowed to create QR codes that link to content that is illegal, hateful, misleading or harmful in any way.

You are fully responsible for all content you share or store using our service.
4. Accounts & Security

Some features require an account. The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure. If you suspect abuse or a security issue, report it immediately via support@qr1.com

QR1 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block accounts in case of misuse or violations of these terms.
5. Subscriptions & Payments

QR1 offers both free and paid plans. Current pricing and features are listed on our pricing page.

Payments are processed through trusted payment providers.

Unless otherwise agreed, all payments are made in advance.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in time.

If payment fails, access to your account may be (temporarily) limited.
6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the QR1 software, website and content remain the property of QR1.

You may not copy, reproduce or resell our software or brand without written permission.

Content you add to your QR codes remains yours, but you grant QR1 a limited license to display and process it for technical purposes.
7. Liability

QR1 aims to provide a secure and stable service but cannot guarantee flawless operation or uninterrupted availability.

QR1 is not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of data, revenue, or reputation.

In any case, QR1’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the three months prior to the incident.
8. Termination of the Agreement

You can cancel your account at any time via your dashboard or by contacting our support team.

QR1 reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately in case of misuse or violation of these terms.
9. Changes to These TermsQR1 may update these terms. If important changes are made, you’ll be notified by email or through a message on our website. By continuing to use the service after a change, you agree to the updated terms.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
